Exclusive: Who Is the Top-Secret Writer on DC’s 'Brave and the Bold' Movie?

Happy Tuesday, folks!

Last night, I had myself a little horror movie marathon, as I watched the 2022 genre flick Influencer, followed by last year’s sequel, Influencers — two fun flicks that certainly mark Kurtis David Harder as a director to watch.

After those two films, I watched Bone Lake, which I had written off last year, for some reason. Now that it’s on Netflix, I finally gave it a chance and came away pleasantly surprised. I’m definitely curious what director Mercedes Bryce Morgan and writer Joshua Friedlander do next, and if I were Netflix, I’d make a move to pick up their next movie or hire them to direct something in development.

Tonight, I guess I’m going to start watching the upcoming Apple series Imperfect Women starring Elisabeth Moss and Kerry Washington, or maybe Ryan Murphy’s new FX series The Beauty, as my screener pile has thinned out in recent weeks.
