Exclusive: 'Scream 7' Star Joins Samuel L. Jackson in Taylor Sheridan’s New Paramount+ Series 'Frisco King'

Happy Thursday, folks!

I’m flying back to Los Angeles tonight, but before I take to the skies, my brothers wanted you to know the context in which we watched The Insider — on vacation. And I get it… Maybe it's not a great vacation movie. They wanted something a little more upbeat, like a comedy or an action movie, though I maintain that Hard Rain wasn’t the answer. My brothers won’t get me to budge on that one.

They also exhibited pretty good taste on the plane, as one brother watched Bugonia and Weapons, while the other watched Predator: Badlands, Final Destination: Bloodlines, and Friday Night Lights. That’s a pretty good assortment… so I can’t be too hard on them. Perhaps I raised ‘em right after all as their big bro and movie guru.

Personally, I was too busy doing something called reading — and watching the Season 2 finale of Beast Games, which is probably the best show you’re not watching. It’s absolutely incredible. I cried while watching Mr. Beast give someone $5 million dollars for being able to kick a soccer ball or guess a random number.

It’s a wild show… and I’d love to be on it (cough, cough).

Anyway, no airplane movie reviews from me today, but I’ll be back with a brand new episode of The Hot Mic on Friday at 4 p.m. (PST). For now, here’s a hot scoop about the up-and-coming Scream 7 actor who’s joining Taylor Sheridan’s new Paramount+ series.
