Happy Friday, folks!
I have to run to a screening of Tony at the Aero, so no big wind-up tonight, though I am rooting for Paramount Primal’s take on A Nightmare on Elm Street over WB’s take. Not only does it come with the endorsement of Wes Craven’s estate, but they have the domestic rights… and last time I checked, I live in America.
Also, Lee Cronin (The Mummy) isn’t a bad director or anything, but he’s a weak choice for Elm Street on WB’s part, and if that’s the movie they want to rush into production, well, no thank you. I’ll have more to say about this one soon, don’t worry…
