Focus Features will release the vampire movie on Christmas Eve -- just a few weeks after A24 teams with IMAX on a re-release of Eggers' 2019 movie 'The Lighthouse.'

Happy Wednesday, folks!
Last night, after seeing Smile 2 (full review coming soon), my buddy and I snuck into Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story, which offered a truly moving portrait of hope and humanity. It was an honor getting to know “Chris” Reeve and his incredible wife Dana, as well as their family and friends, and I’m so glad that WB gave this documentary a full-fledged release.
Though I did prefer last year’s Still: A Michael J. Fox movie, likely because I felt a closer attachment to Fox than Reeve, I still cried from start to finish while watching Super/Man, which absolutely deserves an Oscar nomination.
I’ve got an abbreviated newsletter for you tonight, but I do reveal which movie will be playing in IMAX theaters on Christmas Eve.
